License

Purchasers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use the Products, provided that the copyright and other rights of the Products themselves, texts, images, photos and videos of the Products (comprehensively “Contents of the Product”) are reserved by us.

Purpose of Use

The Products are for personal and non profitable use only. Commercial use is prohibited and Purchasers are prohibited to commercialize using all or part of the contents of the Product.

Unintended use / Prohibited acts

Purchasers may not directly or indirectly with respect to the Contents of the Product perform any of the following acts or acts that may lead to such acts either by itself or by a third party.

• To register or to intend to register a trademark or a copyright, or to obtain an additional intellectual property right with regard to the Contents of the Product,
• To create, encourage, support or propagate defamatory, abusive, aggressive, harassing, violent, hateful, racist or discriminatory content, material or speech by making use of the Contents of the Product,

• Acts which will cause to dilute the intellectual property right of the Contents of the Product or related contents,
• To violate or misappropriate intellectual property or intellectual property rights of third parties by using the Contents of the Product.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Terms, Purchasers are solely responsible for use of the Products. We are not responsible for the Purchaser's environment for using this website. We provide the Contents of the Product on an “as is” and “as available” basis except the case that we provide especially in writing, and shall not warranty explicitly or implicitly, including and limited to, marketability, suitability to a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We shall not represent nor warranty that the Contents of the Product and all relevant contents are accurate, complete, reliable, updated or of error-free. Purchasers shall bear all risks which relate to the quality and performance of our services and we shall not be responsible or liable to Purchaser for any loss associated with access or use of the Contents of the Product.

Change of the Terms

When we determine that it is necessary to change the Terms, we may change the Terms within the scope of the purpose of our service. We will notify Purchasers that we will make changes by posting on our website or other appropriate method by 14 days before the effective date of the changed Terms. When Purchasers use our services after the changed Terms become effective, it is considered that Purchasers have agreed to the changes of the Terms.
